The minimum deposit is R$ 20.00. The minimum withdrawal is R$ 30.00. Withdrawals via Pix are processed within 5 minutes for verified accounts. VIP Program members have higher daily withdrawal limits depending on their tier.
Withdrawals can only be made to the same Pix key or bank account used for the deposit, linked to the account holder's CPF. The R9Bet does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances. Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly — only real balance and winnings resulting from completed bonus rollover are eligible for withdrawal.
The welcome bonus of R9Bet offers a 100% bonus on the first deposit, up to R$ 500.00. To receive it, the user must make a first deposit of at least R$ 20.00 and activate the bonus on the welcome page. The bonus is valid exclusively for new registrations.
The bonus balance is subject to a rollover of 30x (thirty times) the bonus amount received before it can be withdrawn. Bets with odds below 1.50 in Sports Betting and bets on certain casino games with an RTP above 97% may not count toward the rollover. The welcome bonus is valid for 30 days from the activation date. Unused bonuses within the validity period are automatically canceled. VIP cashback, on the other hand, has no short expiration period and can be withdrawn at any time after it is credited.
The R9Bet actively monitors bonus usage. Behaviors deemed abusive — including creating multiple accounts, placing minimum-stake bets solely to meet rollover requirements, or coordinated bonus use among groups of players — will result in immediate bonus cancellation and may lead to account closure.
The weekly cashback from the VIP Program is calculated on net weekly losses and credited every Sunday with no rollover requirement. Markets include full-time result (1X2), Asian handicap, total goals, both teams to score, goalscorer, half-time result, corners, and more.
The R9Bet offers live betting on selected matches. Live bets are accepted subject to odds availability and data feed integrity. R9Bet reserves the right to suspend the live market at any time for technical or integrity reasons.
If an event is cancelled, postponed by more than 24 hours, or not completed for any reason, bets will be voided and the staked amount returned to the account balance. If a match is abandoned after it has started, R9Bet will follow the sport-specific rules published on the platform.
If an odds value is published with an obvious error — a figure disproportionate to the market due to a technical fault — R9Bet reserves the right to cancel bets placed at that odds value and refund the amount wagered. R9Bet is not obligated to honor bets placed based on incorrect odds.
The R9Bet monitors betting patterns to identify suspicious behavior, including bets that may indicate match-fixing or the use of insider information. Bets flagged as suspicious may be canceled or held for review, with the wagered amount kept on hold until the investigation is complete.

The user is solely responsible for keeping their login credentials (email and password) confidential. The processing of personal data by R9Bet is subject to the General Data Protection Law (LGPD, Law No. 13.709/2018).
